POLE STARS - DANCE UNIVERSE is the ultimate dance-focused pole dance competition! It's all about the dance on the pole, chair, and floor, and doing it your way. Are you ready to unleash your inner expression? You can pole dance in any style of dancing that you desire! Whether you want to be a contemporary star, exotic flow goddess, hard styler, or an OG-style showgirl/boy/them, this competition is for you!

Amateur Division:
Step into the spotlight of our Amateur Division if you haven't claimed victory in any "Dance Focused Competitions" or participated in "National Level Pole Dance Competitions". And remember, to ensure fairness, current pole dance or dance instructors teaching choreography classes involving poles, chairs, and/or floor are kindly requested to sit this one out and enter the Semi-Pro Division!
Semi-Professional Division:
Join our esteemed Semi-Professional Division if you haven't triumphed in any "Dance Focused Competitions" or competed in "National Level Pole Dance Competitions". It's your chance to shine on our stage!

Pure Floor Star
Experience the captivating world of Pure Floor Star, where choreographies come to life through mesmerizing floorwork elements, showcasing an array of tricks, seamless transitions, and fluid flows. Get ready to immerse yourself in a gravity-defying dance spectacle that does not involve the use of poles, chairs, or any chair-like props. Remember, maintaining the enchantment, competitors should avoid standing on their foot/feet for more than 5 seconds in a row, both in the entry video and during the exhilarating live performance.
Pole Dance Star
Embark on a dance journey like no other in the dynamic Pole Dance Star category, where all dance styles seamlessly merge with the pole. Explore the limitless possibilities of dancing around and on the pole, incorporating captivating base work elements and captivating floor dance elements. Let your creativity soar as you perform mind-blowing tricks on the pole, keeping in mind that points are awarded to tricks that enhance the overall dance performance. However, please note that certain moves are not permitted, including climbing the pole, aerial inversions, and consecutive pole inversions where the legs are above the head. And remember, to maintain the electrifying connection with the pole, dance sequences without pole contact should not exceed 10 seconds in both the entry video and the breathtaking live performance.
Chairography Star
Immerse yourself in the captivating realm of chair choreography, a mesmerizing dance category where the chair takes center stage. Let your creativity soar as you incorporate one or two chairs into your performance, showcasing stunning routines that harmoniously blend with the chair. Feel free to enhance your chair choreography with elements from the pole, earning extra points for the seamless integration. Dance gracefully on and around the chair, exploring the floor with your moves, and infuse your routine with captivating floor-based choreography throughout. Remember to maintain contact with the chair, as dance sequences without chair interaction should not exceed 10 seconds in both the entry video and the enchanting live performance.
Constellation Superstars (Group)
Unleash the power of collective artistry in the captivating category of group choreography on and off the pole. Gather your talented squad as each group must comprise a minimum of two competitors, ready to create magic together. Embrace the freedom to dance around and on the pole, seamlessly blending mesmerizing base work elements and captivating floor dance elements. Showcasing tricks on the pole is allowed, with a focus on tricks that enhance the overall performance piece as a captivating 'dance' and contribute to the group choreography. Let your creativity shine as you collaborate with your team, delivering a mesmerizing group performance that will leave the audience spellbound.
Please note that MUSICALITY and EXECUTION of movements will be heavily judged for ALL dance categories above throughout competitors' entry videos and actual performances. Creativity, Charisma, and Audience Engagement are crucial elements that will help enhance competitors' routines, and these elements will be taken into consideration as judging criteria.
