How do the Classes and Courses work at Wanderlust?
Our studio runs its courses in 8-week terms.
We recommend all new students sign up to at least 1 “Beginners” level class a week across 8 weeks starting from the first week of Term.

Do I have to attend the same class each week at the same day and time?
All our Beginners classes with the same name are designed to progress at a similar rate week to week.
This means you get to pick and attend any Beginners class on our timetable each week to suite your work/life schedule.
Just make sure you stick to the same apparatus each week!

How do I book classes?
We work via a class pass system on our booking platform, Wellness Living!
You will need to purchase class passes or a membership and use those passes to book into the class you would like to book week to week.

How much do I have to pay?
How much it costs depends on the class package you purchase!
Buying more passes in one go is generally cheaper than buying a casual pass week to week.

I’m new - which class pass should I buy?
We recommend new students to start with an 8 Class Pass Package which costs $231. This package allows you to book 1 class a week for our full 8-week term!
If you wish to do more than 1 class a week, you are more than welcome to purchase a larger class package (which is more expensive but works out to be cheaper per class).

STEP-BY-STEP: How to book!

Bookings are ESSENTIAL prior to attending class.

  1. Click here or button below and make an account via our online booking system Wellness Living.

  2. Go to the “Store” section, then find a purchase option called “In-Person 8 Class Pass” to add into your account.

  3. Use it to book into one of the available Beginner Classes from the calendar.

  4. Book ahead in the following weeks to at least one Beginner Class a week.

  5. If you change your mind about a class booking, please make sure you log into Wellness Living to cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time - otherwise the credit will be used up even if you do not end up attending the class!

What to bring and wear:

Wear whatever you would be comfortable wearing during a workout!
For Pole: We ask you to wear above knee shorts and short sleeved top for gripping purpose.
For Lyra and Sling: we recommend you wearing long tights/pants and full length top (your torso is covered).

** It is very important to wear an outfit that has no buckles, buttons, zippers, rhinestones, clasps or anything that can potentially snag the fabric of the sling!

Don’t forget to also bring a sweat towel, water and your enthusiasm- and we will take care of the rest!
