How privates work
All Privates must be booked via our Wellness Living App.
Student books and pays for a private via the Wellness Living App at a time and date as agreed by the instructor.
Instructor invoice the studio every 2 weeks and include private session and rate charged less Studio Fee. Eg Private with Student X - Date - Time - $110
Rules about privates
A maximum of 4 private students are permitted per session.
All private students MUST be:
sign up to our online booking system prior to private
booked in for the private via Wellness Living prior to private
Privates cannot be booked at times where classes are on or other special events are on.
Privates are booked in a first in, first served basis - the instructor that requests for a time will be given priority.
Rules about Private Fee
Private fees must be formally listed on Wellness Living and must be charged consistently and in accordance with the rules below:
Instructors may charge a private fee above the given minimum but cannot charge below the above minimums
Studio Hire fee for Privates are $10 per person per hour, which is payable to the studio by the instructor by deducting the amount from their invoice.
For all new Private Students (retained after 7 Feb 2023)
For one on one lesson, All instructors must charge a minimum private fee of $90 per hour to students.
For a group private, all instructors must charge a minimum private fee of $120 per hour per for two students.
Any extra students above two students at minimum will increase the total private fee by $25 per extra students (eg a private with 4 students must be charged at minimum = $120 + 2 x $25 = $170)

INSTRUCTOR PACKAGE: We want to encourage instructor development, so if you have paid for an 8 class pass, you will have unlimited access to any free spots in a class there onwards for no additional costs!
You can offset your Instructor Package Fee in your invoice for the Term.
INVOICES ARE DUE EVERY TWO WEEKS ON THE SUNDAY OF EVEN WEEK (eg Sunday of Week 2 for Week 1 & Week 2).
All invoices will be paid within 3 days of submission.

In your Invoices:
1. Please include:
a) classes you have taught in the past two weeks;
b) private fees for privates you have taught in the past two weeks;
c) any other earnings permitted by Astral or Mucci;
2. Deduct:
a) Any studio fees payable;
b) Any Instructor Package fees payable;
3. Do not include:
a) any classes that were not taught or cancelled;
b) any privates that were not taught. cancelled, or rescheduled to a time in the future.

INSTRUCTOR PACKAGES & INVOICES
Where possible, please seek covers for your classes at least 4 weeks ahead in time.
But we understand that sometimes, emergency covers are needed. In situations like this:
1. Please call Astral and Mucci immediately (040669282 and 0416524917)
2. Ask other instructors in WhatsApp Chat for an emergency cover ASAP.
3. If you get no response from Astral or Mucci, or covers in time, please call all your students via Wellness Living App that you are delayed/ unable to run the class and that their credits will be returned.
4. Please post on Wanderlust Pole Student Face Book Group regarding the class being cancelled/ delayed.
If you are away for more than 4 weeks in a term, please let Astral or Mucci know PRIOR to the timetable being set for that term.
- Penalties will apply for breach of this rule.

Unlimited Instructor Packages per term for $220 - see section Instructor Package Section above
Access to studio outside of studio hours (with notice to Astral and Mucci in advance)
Competition support - free guidance and training tips from Astral and Mucci
Competition Monetary support starting 2023 - to help instructors with the fees associated with competing in a competition, Wanderlust will provide the following amounts to the instructor upon the conclusion of their participation in a competition exclusively representing Wanderlust Pole Studio:
Amateur Level Competition - $50 per competition (claimable max of 4 times within a year);
Semi-Professional Level Competition - $70 per competition (claimable max of 4 times within a year);
Professional Level Competition - $100 per competition (claimable max of 4 times within a year).
Important Forms
Instructor to fill out within 24 hours of incident occurring. Please try to fill this out as soon as possible, and please let Astral & Mucci know of the incident as soon as possible after it occurs (at latest before 24 hours is over).
Please ensure you get the injured persons/students to also fill in the Incident Report Form - Injured Party within 24 hours. Provide students access to the form via text and/or email. The student version of this form is accessible on our website as well.
